I delivered a talk and live demo, “From Prompt to Deployment in EKS”, at AWS Community Day Nordics 2025 in Gothenburg. The subtitle says what it actually was: using the Amazon Q CLI and Model Context Protocol servers to get from a written request to a workload running on a cluster.

The demo ran live rather than from a recording, which is the only way to find out whether the tooling holds up.

It was a good day, and a memorable one for me. The lineup included a lot of people whose work I have followed for years.
